機(ji)床(chuang)用途：該機(ji)床(chuang)是(shi)加工圓柱形深(shen)孔(kong)零(ling)件的專用機(ji)床(chuang)，適用于圓柱形深(shen)孔(kong)工件的鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)加工，鏜(tang)孔(kong)時采用授油(you)器供油(you)，通過切削(xue)(xue)區，把切屑(xie)由排向床(chuang)頭的排屑(xie)斗。

The usage of the machine,the machine is special equipment for machining deep cylindrical hole of workpieces.It suitable for boring the cylindrical workpiece.When boring the hole,the oil is supply from the guide carriage,and take the chips from the cutting area to the equipment of chip conveying on the headstock.
The bed of machine has rectangle guide way which has high abrasive resistance after quenched.The feeding lead screw is equipped between the two guide way.The fixture of the guide carriage and clamping of workpiece is made by the servo motor and it is safe and reliable. The spindle of guide carriage and machine spindle has high concentricity and rotation precision. It is easy to change the guide bush. The machine is a kind of deep hole boring machine with easy to operate and control, high efficiency.
